      Pros

      World Class Auto is a good place to work for sales associates. Managers such as myself are not given the tools to be successful, you will be tossed into the lions den and hope you can pull it off. Amnesia is had by most upper management and they tend to blame former mistakes on current managers

      there is little training or mentoring company wide. The entire organization runs on a dms system that no one truly understands this is the number one reason for failure among staff company wide

      Pros

      Really is a loving atmosphere, you feel like family.The organization is very large, so there are jobs in just about every field. If you love what you do, and you're good at it, you get recognized and promoted... nicely at that!

      Pros

      They did have one of the better schedules of all the car dealerships, the benefits were alright, great coworkers who are fun to be around.

      Will not receive thorough training. Management is money hungry and pretends to care about you to get you on board. Benefits are useless.
