Poorly run meetings. Lots of politics. Too many comments about appearance for a casual workplace. Sexism is rampant. Made comments about how they could never ask people to go without bonuses before doing a big lay-off. Also, they promised they would not be laying people off in a company meeting about a month before the layoff. This was a general indicator about how much you could trust the executives to be true to their word. Many promises were made, few happened.
