- Some of the best people (across all departments) I've had the privilege of working with - Allow for promotions/job transitions w/in the company - Great product that helps solve real problems for companies that implement successfully. - Food Truck Friday - Discounted movie tickets for theater rentals for new releases - User Conference (LEAP) is really top notch

- Major transition over the past several years at every senior level position - Senior leadership is not trusted - There has been a "purge" taking place of those that don't help bolster the CEOs desire for a diverse culture, specifically in the sales organization. At one point earlier this year after doing an initial purge of their undesirables (even some that were top performers) there were so many top performers that were leaving voluntarily (both individual contributors and managers) because of the shift in culture that a "firing freeze" was put in place - There is a yo-yo every year on quotas shifting between Account Executives (hunters) and Client Account Executives (farmer/hunters) making predictability of income/success from year to year hard to manage - Sales has an 1980's IBM sales mentality that with the right process in place that sales reps are just plug and play to be successful and that you NEED to be in front of your client hounding them to close a deal. - A fear driven approach to sales leadership. Everyone is on edge all of the time because there is no clear reason for some of the "purge" that has been taking place

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We want everyone to have an extraordinary work experience and are truly sorry that yours is not meeting that expectation. I wanted to clarify a few things that you said: First, diversity and inclusion: our leaders are committed to and measured on creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all can thrive. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it also drives the bottom line to have diversity of background and thought. That said, any reported incidents where we may have fallen short are investigated and appropriate action taken. However, for confidentiality reasons we do not publicly share the actions that are taken. Second, our culture: 3/4 of our sales team gave us the highest ratings in our recent employee satisfaction survey (rating us 8 out of 10). Not only did more people qualify for our President’s Club this year, several deals broke company records. Lastly, attrition: Sales attrition is significantly lower than the 70% you referenced, and in alignment with industry benchmarks. Still, we work hard to develop and retain great sales talent, and provide industry-leading training and events to facilitate that happening. Again, we are sorry that you are not having a positive experience at Workfront and encourage you to continue to engage with HR and leadership to try to resolve the challenges you are experiencing.
