The hiring process can be intense. This is to ensure new coworkers are committed to moving the company forward in their new position and embracing the culture before their first day. Climate controlled, moderate speed/difficulty assembling things. Can be easier some days, and tougher/faster on others as well. Pizza/burritos that are complimentary if working on a Friday or Saturday.

Female lead was extremely disrespectful/rude and held up a sign that said, "go faster" to me and another employee. Harassment possibly.. Except that one instance, pretty chill atmosphere.
