Director does not have a clue - Designer bei WisdomTree Investments: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The UX Director has only about 6 years of experience in the product world so I'll let that speaks for itself none of those spent at a company more than 3 years....They promote any and everyone for mediocrity. The Director makes her incompetence and lack of communication your problem and doesn't take accountability. Lies to fit her agenda. Very much what you would expect from someone who shouldn't be in a directors role. Get your experience here and run for the hills or you'll find yourself in an assembly line working in unconventional ways that don't translate elsewhere.
