Where to even begin.... They don't pay fair market wages based on role location. Leadership, despite swearing up and down that they listen to employees, do none of the actual legwork it takes to fix systematic issues that plague daily tasks. Known product issues are swept under the rug and ignored, or just left to fester. Metrics are designed and enforced to be anti-teambuilding, causing giant rifts between coworkers and an awful culture of "stranded on a deserted island".
