Great place to work but not for everyone - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Wavetronix: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Wavetronix has good programs to help employees and foster community. Their internship program is very good, and they put a lot of effort into helping us learn and grow and have meaningful work.

They stopped giving free lunch everyday. There is still lunch, it is just part of their benefits package. So still a plus!

Friendly culture and good coworkers Lots of fun company activities The company does a great job at keeping your job secure (eg no layoffs)

The pay isn't great for the role The decision making around how much of a raise people get seems inconsistent (ie they value education level or years in the company over actual perofrmance)
