Pros
Nothing good to say here. Some great client relationships and a few colleagues will get you through the day. Overall, it's mainly a pompous bunch of pretending to know it alls. Campus looks OK in the areas that guests and clients can see; the rest is pretty awful, with filthy toilets, noisy, and our desks packed together. Absolutely lovely guy at the coffee corner downstairs though.

'Kick down slime up' says it all. As well as 'promises, promises' but do know that these will not be kept. You are absolutely nothing here, don't fall for the apparent 'our people are everything' frame. They are, but they're not. Neither are clients, it's all about the budget and the big brand name that you bring. Continued long and late hours, huge amount of pressure and stress because there is too little staff in each agency so that management and WPP can make more money. Horrendous focus on billability.
