The work feels interesting, important, fun because the sexual wellness/lifestyle industry has grown immensely in the past few years. It is an exciting time to be in sextech, and WOW Tech is definitely a leader in the space (because of the sexual wellness expert we work with, studies with doctors conducted, technological advancements, etc.)

The good news is, the company is self-aware and very much recognizes the areas in which it could grow and evolve. There is a disconnect between regions (mostly because of cultural differences and time zones), and the company is still working out the best internal processes for things like approvals and such.
