toxic work environment, poor leadership, not enough staff increases workload for people who are just getting to know the business, lack of proper training

It's a job. Nothing more.

Unrealistic expectations of bare-bones staff from upper management. They know absolutely NOTHING about how anything works and yet expect perfection with a smile... This was THE most toxic environment I've ever worked in. Employees are NOT treated fairly over one another. This place is all about saving that red penny regardless of how hard they beat what little staff they have to get it. Nothing anyone ever does is appreciated whatsoever and the pay is a joke. Things got far worse at WJAC with current upper management and the loss of great veteran Employees in 2023, 2024, & 2025. My best advice is to RUN from this place and never look back!!
