Pros
Generally nice co-workers with hardly any overtime hours required. Good benefits and RRSP matching program in Canada. Training is one-on-one with senior staff but there is no program. Office culture is minimal.
Kontras
High turnover in management making staff uneasy. Once new management is in place, goals change according to the new management. Very confusing for staff and bad for company image. Manual underwriting system and lack of IT.
