You get to meet some amazing and talented people.

Talent is overlooked, there is a group of untouchable people, who no matter how much they underperform get promoted. People who perform but do not belong to this clique, are treated like garbage and fired. Leadership is non existent, bad decisions have been made around management and product which has led the company as a whole to underperform. They have not learned from their mistakes and continue to repeat them. The COO and Chief of Staff left the company weeks ago and nothing has been communicated. This is normal, communication is broken. HR is just a sham, they do not care about employees. There is a huge turnover of sales people who work a lot for very little or no rewards. Targets are not being hit across the company, sales, marketing, product development and updates. Existing contracts are not delivered on time, commercial personnel do not have a clear view or structure, reporting on the product is very poor. Employees in Swansea are not held to the same standard as the European and Canadian offices and remote workers across Europe. The company is living off their existing client base, who they overcharge for outdated technology. This is something that can be confirmed by looking at other competitors in the market. Management provides no support whatsoever. Its just all bad. Stay away.

- Great teams to work with - Good support from delivery management - Supportive Scrum Coach - New 'funky' Office (photos to follow) - Delivery function has a progressive attitude - Recently upgraded benefits including; pension, birthday day off, fruit, charity work match funding and days off - Easy parking right outside the office - Good social culture - No bonus culture - This is a pro, see the ted talk The puzzle of motivation by Dan Pink - Good active delivery chapter groups - Opportunities for self learning every sprint

- The Product Owners and QA are stretched (but this is being addressed) - Sales and Delivery need to be more aligned (efforts are being made to improve this) - The delivery dev work can be a bit samey , but this is changing and the core product is developed and it feels like more traditional product teams will be emerging...
