Pros
There are tons of terrific reviews for this company, but when you read them, you come to realize that they are too well formed. This company is good in a few ways: - friendly and knowledgeable peers - bright and open environment - overall positive atmosphere - a very proud company - very good at convincing people that they should devote their lives to work - the product is innovative and has successfully opened a new market for themselves
Kontras
Unfortunately, many of the cons would out weight the pros: - consistently overworking their employees (extremely long hours) - employees get spoken to for working too little after working hard for a minimum 9 hour day - flexible hours does not include coming in early and leaving early, it's only for working late - regardless of your level of experience, they expect you to work long hours, including interns and coops - once they had burned you out, you get tossed aside - upper management can be condescending and disrespectful - when employees are burning out and notifies management, instead of solving the problem, they simply reward you with a toy - sudden changes are made to everyday work without first understanding how things are done and how to improve - management does not understand fully how things are done and thus provide wrong time estimates for tasks to executives - culture is work, work, work
