You have to bring your own laptop, your own internet, you can’t travel to other continents becuase they will complain that “you’re tired” if you’re in another time zone, their clients are more important than you as a worker, also becuase you’re Latino they explode u requesting you to make a ton of tasks which should be divided in more people, they have no plan of improvement and believe me, they won’t hesitate to fire you even if you’re doing the job they hired u for, meaning no job stability
