Not how it used to be - Software Engineering bei Viewpoint: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Too many meetings, bad burn out culture, mico-management by execs, too many priorities and constant fire drills. Terrible employee turn over and nobody in leadership seems to act like anything is going wrong or needs to be changed internally, pace only gets more disjointed. Engineering resources need to be improved.
