Salary is somewhat competitive for staff. Bonuses are not generous. Benefits are average. Most attorneys are great to work with, but there are some of difficult attorneys that can make one’s life miserable. LAAs handle lot of billing responsibilities. Overall, a good place to work if you don’t mind the above.
