Supportive environment with great learning opportunities - Project Manager bei Valuebound: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Had a great experience working with the company. The learning environment is very supportive, and I got opportunities to enhance both my technical and professional skills. The leadership team, especially the CEO, is approachable, encouraging, and always supportive of employee growth. Overall, it has been a positive and enriching journey. Even getting salary on time (30th or 31st of every month). While a few employees may have different opinions, my personal experience with the company has been positive.

Need to improve HR department.

I spent around 5 years at Valuebound and had a positive experience. Seeing some of the recent reviews was unexpected for me. During my time, work was well managed and the environment was supportive. There were no major issues with projects or management. Payroll was always smooth and on time. One of the best parts is the exposure. You get hands-on experience, and leadership encourages learning and growth. Even during COVID, the company supported employees and did not lay off staff. In my view, it is a good place to build your career.
