Cheap company, upper management I think come from government offices. They only need us say "Yes Boss" . If you ever raise your opinion, that's the last day. You are humiliated untill you resign. Just because they pay well, they assume they have bought us!!!! If you don't understand politics, Valtech is the company to be. You'll learn everything here. Some old heads think "their way is high way" . Its NOT the place for people who reason out, what to innovate and learn. If you know buttering , work late just to show off, know to keep your mouth shut, then enjoy, this company is for you!
