As a current employee at Valsoft for the past 8 months, I can say with certainty that the company has a great atmosphere and culture. Valsoft’s CEO and VP are extremely approachable and open minded, always willing to listen to your ideas and opinions. Coworkers are friendly and respectful and will offer assistance whenever necessary. There is a lot of room to grow and be challenged at Valsoft. I have really enjoyed my experience here so far and look forward to continuing with this growing company.

* our company was acquired by Valsoft and they talk a great transition game

* #1 priority is to attain a min of 30% growth by cutting staff and resources * Valsoft henchman do not care about employees or tenured/loyal customers; they just want to implement huge price increases so they can get lofty annual bonuses * Valsoft hires very young and unexperienced males to overlay the same 'template' used with each acquisition * They only care about growth and are on a good trajectory to run the company's growth built prior to acquiring - to the ground
