I will keep this straightforward because that's what job seekers actually need. Where do I even start… This place is a micromanagement factory. Every minute is tracked, every move questioned. Come late by 5 minutes? Boom—mail from founders-Kiran. No conversation, just straight-up policing. Leadership (founder-Salil, co-founder,Kiran COO-Anil) is a masterclass in misalignment. Zero sync, zero clarity—just random decisions flying around and employees cleaning up the mess. Strategy changes faster than the weather. The culture? Stuck in a prehistoric, command-and-control era. Growth? Learning? Forget it. You're here to obey, not evolve. And then comes the comedy—“Fun Fridays” 😂 Because obviously, one forced smile session a week fixes burnout, toxicity, and frustration. Delusion level = 💯 Work-life balance is a myth here. Long hours, no WFH, no flexibility—even if it’s pouring rain outside, you better show up. Sick? Oh, be ready to submit proof like you're applying for a visa every single time. Basic empathy = nonexistent. Now, a special note for all campus hires from top-tier institutes — PLEASE think a thousand times before joining. What looks shiny outside is a complete mess inside. Also, the culture is heavily influenced (read: damaged) by a bunch of “legacy lifers” (7–8+ years in the system) who are completely stuck in outdated ways and actively dragging the culture down. Any fresh thinking just gets crushed. And let’s talk about reality—employee health is deteriorating. Stress, pressure, zero flexibility—it all adds up. But hey, as long as attendance is perfect, who cares, right? Overall: toxic, rigid, outdated, and exhausting. You don’t grow here—you survive (barely). Strongly NOT recommended. 🚫

Pros

Excellent product to introduce to an amazing customer base. It's fulfilling to know your work leads to making a difference on college and university campuses across the world. Wonderful team in the Chicago office. They place a lot of trust in their employees and are genuinely committed to supporting your growth and work/life balance.
