Stable job with good pay, but bureaucratic and dull - Advisor bei V/Line: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Very bureaucratic, so much paperwork, forms and procedures to do the most basic work. Almost no work office culture, no young people at all. People barely do their job, let alone work with others, or aim to improve things. I was treated well but it was just so mind numbing that I had to leave
