Benefits are nice, if you do your work well the bonuses are also nice. Getting to work from home is great.

They have been moving employees to different departments with little notice and no compensation for this. Adding new tasks to the roles without compensation. No communication to other parts of the company about it that isn’t effected. No internal roles to move to after hitting required tenure. Several roles posted only to be put on “hold” and then given to employees without interviewing for it.
