      The company culture is positive and makes it a great place to work. Everyone is respectful and helpful. Company has good work/home life balance. Pay is fair.

      Health insurance for a company this large is lacking. High premiums with very high deductibles.

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
