      Freedom, work from field. Good team and environment

      Can be stressful. Micromanaged, growth from within but only when spots open up and positions usually held long term.

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
