      Good network between vendors and branches.

      Upper management always changing, both people and direction. You are told how to think and expected to parrot it back.

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
