Our culture is something we are very proud of and we agree that our team is really what makes it a great place to work. With our investment in our Product function over the last few months, we are excited to see our products go from strength to strength as we continue to capture and dominate new markets - thank you for being part of that journey so far. We agree that sometimes there is so much potential and scope for growth with our company and people experience we can be guilty of trying to do everything and letting our enthusiasm run wild. With the introduction and refinement of OKRs and the new articulations of both our strategy and value system, we hope that we much better at adopting the required laser focus than perhaps we have been in the past.
