Hey there! Thanks for sharing with us your feedback. We’re always looking to get a pulse check on the company and to see how our employees are doing. I’m sorry to hear that you feel there were some blockers in the way that slowed down some product development. We’re always looking for ways to do things better and I think you’ve made a great suggestion here by making sure our leaders have the training they need to completely empower their team to do their best work and to make team meetings more effective. These are feedback that I’ll take and share with the team as an opportunity to learn from and see where coaching opportunities could be provided to the team. We would also be happy to chat more about your thoughts on our leadership team and where they fell short on when supporting your team. We usually get the feedback that our leaders are approachable, transparent, and are supportive. Pros

Great management team, positive and ultra competent crew, amazing new digs (not open space galore), willingness to constantly improve, genuine desire for work/life balance... the list goes on and on... It really is just the best place to work in Van.

Kontras

Self-introspecting, exploring and experimenting are all necessary in a growing company, but also have downsides in the form of unclear directions and wasted efforts.
