Decent place to work - Operator bei Ultrafab: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have worked at Ultrafab for 10 years. I started as the receptionist, but because of my desire to learn and grown and Ultrafab's supportive management, they helped guide me into the position I am in today. I am so thankful to work for a company that encourages self starters and support them to new levels.

Not many to speak of. Ultrafab is a great place to work.

Pay is decent. That's it. Small building. Few employees

Management is one sided. They don't handle your issues.if you go to your supervisor a couple of times about an issue,she gets tired of hearing it ,instead of addressing it.so she tells you to go to the other shifts supervisors that you have a problem with not doing there job,then you get blessed out on the floor in front of other employees about something you're doing, instead of addressing the issues you ask about.which ,I was new as well,2 weeks in.so it wasn't handled in a professional maner at all.depends on who you are Heat,is horrible.no air conditioner,so if it's 90 outside,it's 110 in there ,the whole shift.you would think if you're at risk of having a heat stroke that they would make everyone do there job .not true..they have a big turn over.people stay a day, maybe a week.between the stress of the job and the 100 degree heat.and management..it's not worth the frustration..
