It's evident that Matt and James have cultivated a workplace culture that prioritizes the well-being and happiness of every team member. Their commitment to creating a supportive environment has made a significant impact on my life. Recently, my family faced a challenging period as they were recovering from a medical situation. During this time, I was provided with all the understanding and support necessary to be there for my loved ones. The flexibility and encouragement I received allowed me to focus on my family's needs without feeling overwhelmed by work-related pressures. Their kindness and compassion have made a world of difference during this difficult period, and I am immensely grateful for the understanding shown by both of them and the entire UA team. Knowing that the founders genuinely care about the well-being of their employees is a rare and precious quality that sets UA apart. As a result, I feel motivated and inspired to give my best effort in my role and contribute to the company's success. The sense of belonging and camaraderie within the UA community is truly remarkable and makes it a joy to be a part of this organization.
