      Pros

      Great people that are employed outside of upper management. Some room for growth and energy drinks, coffee, snacks are stocked.

      Kontras

      Too many meetings that run too long because the managers just want to talk about themselves. Pay and commission on the lower end of the industry. C-Suite is clueless. Provides mediocre service to companies that sign up. Bad reputation in the CSP space so most people don't even want to talk or consider us.

      One of the best learning experiences in Software Sales. Management and the team culture is one of the best and most helpful, everyone is always open to questions and be a helping hand

      Pros

      - Remote work is an option now - Flexibility in hybrid work for CA employees (we just moved to 4 days per week WFH for our team) - You get to work on a mix of tier 2 and tier 3 tickets. So good exposure to troubleshooting/technical break-fix of complex tickets. - Reputable organization (holds 6/6 MS designations)

      - Headquarters is in California, but we work East Coast hours (but hey, you wrap up work at a decent time)
