-Company culture is very results oriented, and you are not micromanaged. People trust each other to do their work, and there's a lot of encouragement to work together. You get cross trained in a lot of different areas, and everyone is very willing to help and grow together.
-The pay is higher than industry average. Out of all my jobs, this one paid the best, and the advancements were the most timely and deserved.
-The CEO is very hard working and works just as hard, if not harder, than any of the employees. Having had lots of interaction with him, I trust him fully to lead the company in the right direction and I am fully on board.
