I work in the Product department, specifically on the Curriculum team, and its greatest strength is the people. The team consists of creative, highly professional individuals who foster a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. The company prioritizes a healthy work environment, with a strong emphasis on rest and personal well-being. Despite being a large organization, TripleTen retains some of the greatest features of a startup, such as flexibility in people and processes and an iterative approach to work. When something isn’t working, the team analyzes the issue, adapts, and improves. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the end product. My voice is heard, and my contributions feel meaningful.
