They give you a lot of freedom to tailor your curriculum. The Director and Assistant Director are easy to work with. They're very accommodating and helpful. Work / Life balance is good Fellow co-workers are good people You get a decent amount of paid days off a year. It's nice teaching people and seeing them grow and evolve. Having your students not only meet, but exceed your expectations is very rewarding.

I honestly don't have any cons other than it would be nice if the pay was a little higher.

Hours are from 7:30AM to 2:45PM. The students are great and teaching them is extremely rewarding.

Very low pay with little chance of salary or cost of living increases. Also, company has announced its closure.
