Pros
I've worked at several trial consulting firms in the field over the years (including some of the biggest on the block), and would say that Trial Partners is by far the best one that I've encountered. Management has worked hard to raise to bar and insure that the company goes above and beyond for its clientele (which is why the firm doesn't need to advertise, cold call, etc.), while still trying to be very accommodating to its employees. Yes, there can be long and demanding hours or stressful situations at times, but that is common in the industry, and should not be an indictment of this firm. Given the specific comments in the other reviews, most (if not all) of the negative reviews about the company were most likely written by former employees who were fired for misconduct or poor performance, and it's disheartening to think that such spiteful reviews might deter good potential employees from applying for a position.

These apply to the field generally, but: work-life balance can be challenging; hard to deal with almost constant multi-tasking and rapidly changing plans/schedules at times; generally not for overly sensitive or delicate souls.
