No desire to invest or grow - Software Engineer bei Trapeze Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No desire to invest in their products which is a symptom of being part of the constellation software group. They acquire businesses in niche areas, invest very little into innovating those businesses, and finally run them until the well runs dry. The Trapeze well is at a trickle. Big turn over of staff the last few years. Too many managers that have drunk the kool aid. No leaders. Not enough trust and freedom given to the people that actually do the work. Workers are unable to do what they need to do. I really wish I took the glassdoor feedback seriously when interviewing for this role lol
