No diversity and the leaders in place are are no afraid of treating you different and grade you much harder if you are of color or a women. No direction, there are so many other choices to work in this industry. Look at UPS, Fedex, DHL, Worldwide Express instead. Don't waste your time here. Ask them about how many people were laid off over the last three years and then ask them why. This should provide you a clear picture of what you are considering.
