The company is broken; CEO is a dreamer and hard believes he's going to create a tech revolution; Lunatic CTO; Scrum master had no idea what he was doing; Several people that literally spent the day doing nothing.

Start up culture, good coworkers, interesting cutting-edge work.

Salary could be slightly higher.
