Communication is a bit more than you would usually expect ( CEO talks a lot to their employees when needed ), friendly Shift Leads are always there to assist and HR does OneonOne's within the company which sometimes lasts a couple of hours if needed.+, PER person. New employees are carefully hand-picked to fit in quickly with the rest of the staff.
