Potential advancement, good hours, benefits, promote within, ongoing learning.
Kontras
Atmosphere is employee vs. management vs. union creating cohesion barriers. OT is EXPECTED which is fine if you're union but not salaried. Lack of supervisory accountability which enables employees to do minimal work for excess pay. Found people weren't really satisfied but stayed for the money. Promoting within is not always the best choice. Outdated systems and procedures. The talk is cheap, action required.
