Pros

Work with you if you wanna go to school or further your life. Things pop up they're good about giving you the days you need off and what not.

Kontras

Pay is hit or miss. Summertime is too hot to be doing this stuff. And oh did i mention the pay.... Also have to wear pants and boots in 95 degree weather in a building with no airflow. Not smart

An insulation installer certainly has a tough and important job. Safety comes first - even if it's uncomfortable or hot. Thank you for the work you do and for taking the time to provide feedback.
