Too many lazy and incompetent staffs from Hermes Epitek - Engineer bei Tokyo Electron: Mitarbeiterbewertung

If u work under lazy and incompetent senior leaders, it will be trash. Most of the senior staffs are from Hermes Epitek co. It used to distribute Tel products. They got spin off as Tel want to have set up operations in Singapore. Many Hermes staffs are transferred. Typical Japs co they will protect and promote senior staffs no matter how incompetent they are. managers are also join almost same era and they protect one another. Senior staffs will bring themselves up and mistakes will blame on juniors. Work long years but only know basic stuffs. Dunno still act they know everything. Incomplete training for local as exposed to Japanese engineers where they can have ojt for around 6 months with capable senior engineers. Most machines have to deal with hazardous gas and chemical. Bad for health.
