Extremely hostile work environment. HR & upper management refuse to fire employees that use racial slurs & fake injuries despite multiple documented accounts of this occurring. Constant equipment breakdowns and unrealistic expectations for work completion dates. Dumps literally thousands of pounds of wood flour, talc and recycled material onto the ground and into sewer drains every week. Emits the aforementioned materials into the air constantly, can often be seen floating through the air up to a mile away. Extremely dirty and hazardous work environment. Safety is only important when it does not impede production. 0 accountability for anything, regardless of severity or damage incurred.
