I felt very welcomed and wanted and the entire team was incredibly friendly. Everyone was smart, hardworking, selfless, and also cool. Work-life balance was great: working hard and long hours was the implicit expectation, but there was no pressure whatsoever.

There isn't a structured intern program, so some days can be super busy and others can be completely empty. You need a certain level of intrinsic motivation to succeed even when tasks aren't handed to you.
