I currently work here, Its been 7 months in the organization, It is one of the worst work-life balance experiences I’ve had. The company mostly hires freshers, gives them a short internship, and then pushes a 2-year bond on them. The work hours are crazy — people work 11–12 hours a day regularly, and working on weekends is also expected. They even make you compensate for holidays or work on national holidays, which is just unfair. There’s no respect for personal time or mental peace. The management only cares about deadlines and not about the people working behind them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who values their time and growth.
