This company is a typical boys club. If you are a woman in the workplace expect to be treated as dispensable. In my opinion, Senior management allows disgusting, despicable and unruly behavior with little or no consequences. Their idea of handling a complaint from a female employee is to strong arm them into sweeping it under the rug to the point you feel the need to leave the company. I felt as if they wanted me to just keep my mouth closed and head down. As a woman, I felt my voice was not heard nor were my complaints addressed appropriately. What happened to doing the right thing??
