A really nice and fun work environment

Terrible management "boys club" mentality. HR does not know common employment laws. Managers talk about each other behind their backs and are constantly looking for ways to undermine the other to get the advantage for themselves. There is high turnover for this reason. Many supervisors and managers do not have good guest service abilities causing escalations often. I have worked for other entertainment centers and theme parks, and by far this was the most toxic environment.
