The company feels very comfortable withholding raises to the masses while paying out bonuses for poor performance to the buffoons in leadership. Expect to be worked hard without thanks or compensation. It is not unheard of to have employees "fill in" for a role for a "few months" to "see" if they are qualified. Don't fall for it. More work and responsibility without the additional compensation. Communication is Leadership is just so much graffiti on the wall. There is no communication or inclusion. Low, low stock price. The only person I want working here is someone I don't like.
