Store Leadership simply needs a dose of humanity. They make senior f/t personnel assume leadership roles, which is a great career opportunity, however, these individuals are not en route to a promotion and they get abused with unrealistic continuous hours, playing multiple roles and at crazy hours throughout the day or night. No wonder some many great full timers have left.
