management not interested in making anything better for their employees, they just want you out of their hair so they can go sit in a "meeting". they used to hire great people but now they are trying to pay less and not give raises so the people are somehow lesser. everything good and bad that happens there is a "celebration", you seriously have to drink the kool aid. even then, its not enough.
