Fabulous staff and a great discount at a store with all the bells & whistles. I spend as much as I earn sometimes!! You develop a great comradarie with your fellow sales people - very tight and very loyal. A few years ago I would have added management to that but it's very different now.

Caustic work environment with management...most stay behind closed doors for 70-80 percent of the day and never poke their heads out. No feedback till your 10 page review then WHAM!! Didn't we mention that months ago to you...oops. Newest pattern - if the staff like a F/T'r or new manager they are doomed. The criteria seems to be that is you are regarded/respected by staff there is something wrong with you. Treat employees like developely challenged stepford wives...drink the kool aid. Very rigid on scheduling now..3 hrs shifts but don't ask to swap or days off. On your next schedule you'll be "punished" with fewer hours. Can you really justify 3 hr shifts for employees???
